But upon my opinions if you want to earn money then you must have to create a blog first through the blogger.com or WordPress.com and then you must use the charging host site to publish your site because you can earn through the charging hosting site only. You can also some free hosting site but it will reduce your earning.

On the other hand if you want to make a personal website( personal information website) then you must use a free web hosting it all at you.
